Did anyone else notice?

I spent 16 months in Malaysia, a predominate Muslim country. One thing I noticed was that Muslims considered it bad manners to point with the index finger as most westerners do. Just happened to notice in last night’s "de-bait" that Obongo did not point with his index finger, rather he used his thumb. It’s a Muslim trait. Wife observed the same, she was in Malaysia with me.
I’m just saying.
