On the Menu today
Got Vension Stew meat simmering in crock pot with Kraft BB'Q sauce. I'm going to shred it and put it on Potato rolls with Coleslaw, damn good sammich'.
I usally take the front shoulders and make the stew meat, rear shoulders for roast, Back Loin for grilling whole, the rest is burger, when i butcher my Deer. I don't deer hunt anymore, my youngest boy Derek gets me a Doe yearly.

You ever try to make chili with that meat?

O' YES
Dice stew meat in small cubes and go for the Chili! Burger is good if you grind a big fat laden Beef Chuck Roast with it, never know it's Venison.
