Maybe it's because it's exactly what he wants.

I don't care either!
What is happening is what was predicted by many. We never really defeated Iraq as much as just installed a new Leader. All political factions where never defeated, you have to defeat all factions and Citizens to submission to win a War!
So what do we do, nothing, let the cards fall then deal with the hand given, that is all you can do with a country that will and always fight aganist each other, a Demoracy or any form of civilized Gov. will never work in that region, you are not dealing with civilized people.

P.S.
Same thing is destined for Afganistan, when we leave!

These fiascos are very profitable for the statist corporatist and bankers.
As long as they can convince the military it is their patriotic duty to be slaughtered it will continue unabated.

We never defeated Iraq?
No. We just destroyed their army, their navy, their air force. We occupied the entire country, removed their poltical infrastructure and replaced it with a fledgling democracy. We put Al-Qaeda and all sorts of other Islamic lunatics through a meat grinder over there, and pacified the country to the point where they held free elections that saw turnouts higher in percentage than we have here.
Then comes along Obama Bin Barry who decides to send Iraq down the same path he sent Libya, into the hands of his Islamist friends. So all the gains made in Iraq are lost by a feckless incompetent who is more concerned about whether to use a five or six iron than what is going on in Iraq.

What a joke, Chris...I stated this
When Bush was still in control! You can't force a Demoracy on people that don't want it. Did you expect us to stay forever and babysit the Gov. even they hate us. Their never was a plan to stay and we are just following the plan, a few more years there would just put off what is happening now! Bush or no one can crush Al Qadia, they are worldwide, and will be here forever. The only way to stop them is decimate a country and make them start it from scratch. Let's see, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Afganistan, The Congo, Pakistan, Saudia Arabia all are Al Quiada Strongholds of support!

I guess you never heard of Japan or south Korea?
Maybe you can't force democracy on hard line Islamists, but I remember seeing the Iraqi people risking their lives to go and vote freely for the first time in their lives. Whatever chance THEY had at freedom is almost gone, and Barry will see to that in the next couple of years.

Exactly what is the U.S. supposed to do, Chris?
Afganistan will be next, what can we do, hell Taliban has controlled half the country for the last five years, with us there! Same storythere, if they want a Demoracy they have to fight for it, not us!

What is the US supposed to do?
How about live up to our obligations? Like not abandoning a place like Iraq to Al-Qaeda?
How about not getting involved in a war unless we are prepared to do everything and anything needed to win it, even if it takes more than 5 minutes?
Wouldn't it be nice if politicians wouldn't run over each other to vote to go to war, only to insist all is lost if we don't win it in one day?
How refreshing would it be to have a president who was more interested in winning a war than blaming the defeat on his predecessor?
How about not using our military power to win wars for Al-Qaeda? Libya is working out just great isn't it?
There was a time when we stood up to our enemies and did not yield hard won ground to them, even if it took 60 years. The enemy then was communism. Now that enemy has managed to find it's way into the white house and we yield ground to primitive rag-heads, so much that even people like you are convinced we cant beat them.
Do you really believe that? We beat the Nazi war machine and fanatical Japan. We cant mop up a bunch of illiterates in turbans running around the hills?
I want the US to do what it has done before and should do now. When we commit ourselves to war, win it. Don't bend over to the whining anti-American libs, who as you can now see are absolutely bloodthirsty when one of their own orders the bombs to fall. Follow through, win it no matter what it takes or how long. And if we decide they are going to be a democracy, shove it up their ass for 60 years if that's when it take.
And if not, beat them so bad, destroy them so completely, that they never again make the mistake of pissing off Uncle Sam.

Finally
in your last line, did you come to the answer. The ragheads are not advanced enough as human beings to have a functional society. We need to bomb them back a couple hundred years every time they get to the point that they pose a threat. No need for boots on the ground unless it is to haul off munitions we don't want them to have and we cant blow them up from the air.

No more "real" War for us, Chris...
You have to war all the people and political factions to submission, and we seem not to do that fighting a politically correct war. The U.S. is not willing to kill "Innocents" in pursuit of war anymore, we seen that during Nam, hell we could have beaten Nam in a couple years if we had fought a proper war. As far as an obligation to Iraq is concerned we gave it our best shot, again the people of Iraq and Afganistan has to do their part as well, they haven't shown that to me.
