If the purpose of impeachment is to restrict the president from acting outside the law of the constitution, then a congress whose purpose is to uphold that same constitution should already be doing this without resorting to the first.

Biden was a stroke of prescient self preservation.

Ironically, maybe even a bass ackwards republican restraint from doing something incredibly stupid. Congress, do your job.
