Solution to the immigration problem

Capture every last one, put them all in a fenced in area in Sherriff Arpio's jurisdiction and leave them there until we sort things out.  Then let people donate to a specific fund voluntarily to send each one back to wherever he or she came from.  I'm pretty sure we would have more than enough money set aside to rectify any illegal immigration problems in the foreseeable future.  

Make it state and private oversight.  A balanced approach.

Give everyone picked up a week to come up with valid immigration paperwork before their hearing, impose a $250K fine for illegal immigration to be paid before any further application for visa, and immediate deportation with all appeals held in country of origin. A firm list of countries that we are granting asylum to and those countries banned from receiving any US funds for anything.

I was focusing on the origin of the terminology "illegal immigrants", Not inferring Palestine was a nation with or without borders.

Speaking of Palestinian borders, It just seems to ebb & flow.
