Too fat to die humanely?

How'd he gain 200 lbs on death row? What did he get for prison chow, an all-you-can-eat buffet? This is why we need firing squads. A .308/.30-06 would have no problem dealing with the fat pig. I wonder how many other inmates will fatten up now to avoid the needle?

The gov rounded them up and put them in Leavenworth where I worked at the time. Because of their qestionalble legal status and no home address, we boxed all their cloths, put their names on the boxes, and stored them away. A couple of years later, they were moved from Leavenworth. Again, to make sure there would be no claims against the government, we took the inmate clothing off of them and gave them back there cloths. Watching that parade out the front gate was the funnyest walk you could ever see.

The liberal judge will probably agree he's too fat. Nobody worried about the "cruel and/or unusual" circumstances of his victim(s) and their family(ies) when he murdered them. I mean a stack of unpaid parking tickets usually doesn't land one on death row. Then he'll sue the State/DOC for "allowing" him to become obese. If he doesn't have them already, he will develop health issues due to his obesity. Tax dollars will be spent treating his high BP, diabetes, heart condition etc in addition to his feeding and housing. Then he’ll sue saying the State has a legal and moral obligation to get him back to his normal weight. He’ll change his tune and claim he’s ready to die, if only the State gets him down in weight. He’ll make a mockery of the legal system and extend his life years. 75 years ago his fat butt would’ve been strapped to an electric chair or shoved in a gas chamber. This monkey phuckin’ a football circus would’ve never started.

the ruling has already been made and his weight is of no relevance per the court to his sentence.

10 lbs. of his pink-slush would feed 1 acre so he could do 45 acres. Good for him, great for the victims & taxpayers. NO??????????????
