Eating low on the Hog...

I remember as a young boy seeing these in the local Tap Rooms (Bars, Pubs):



Not the eggs, The Pickled Pigs Feet.

I have never had the desire to eat one.

Anyone here eat them?

How many Boiler Makers does it take before you muster up the courage to try one?

I'm guessing that you would have to drink Everclear alcohol , Lots of it to eat Pig Lips.

Not enough meat on the bone with the feet. still good though even sober. In the old days you used left over Pickled Beet juice, thats the reason for the red coloring in pickled foods.
