The Heartland Institute sent a delegation of climate scientists and other experts to Paris to attend the United Nations’ 21st conference of the parties (COP-21) of the Framework Convention on Climate Change.

We conducted a counter-conference, held news conferences, and attended official and unofficial events in Paris. We made sure sound science, real economics, and common sense were heard in Paris. Given the presence of 40,000 environmentalists, politicians, bureaucrats, and professional protesters, that wasn’t easy!
