Christy, I knew it was some level of assault, but they are taught to be polite and walk away, unless someone gets physical with them first, then they are allowed to retain the aggressor for the police to hash it out.

Balls in his court now and if you want to fight, I weigh 268 at 5'10' which makes me what, a heavyweight? I was a body builder since 12yrs old. Body builders tire very quickly due to the oxygen supply their muscles use, but for about 20 seconds I would have the strength to put him through that door my Son had had the courtesy to open for him. I also boxed from 12 to 20. Wrestled in Highschool. I'm no martial arts master and I know guys that if they got ahold of me, a hand or a finger, they will be bringing you to the ground screaming. I have a prison guard friend, I use to date his Daughter, and he was a guard where I did time (6yrs total) Tony Tadora was his name. Tony was short but massive chest, back, hands. I mean 3 of my fingers equaled one of his. He showed me this one trick where you shake somebodies hand, put your thumb over theirs and they are on their knees screaming. He did it to me and my thumb hurt for months. I don't think he knows his own strength. We called him the bull. I've also seen him use his close to 400lb massive body to literally just crush a prisoner against a wall and subdue them until other guards came to join in the beating. SOOOOO, you win some you loose some but I think the adrenaline I had after seeing my Son spit on would have surged and the guy would have either gone up and through the door or had a massive left hook to the back of the jaw right below where it hinges. That either breaks it or dislocates it.
